this may be of some help To define a work plane with rotation 1. Enter the Plane Name of the new plane or the plane whose parameters you are changing. A valid name consists of no more than eight characters.
2. Enter the new work plane's Origin Point relative to the WCS or the active work plane's origin point. 3. Select the Order in which to rotate the axes. Remember that A = X axis, B = Y axis, and C = Z axis. 4. In the Angle input fields, enter the amount of rotation for each of the axes. 5. Select a POS (positive) or NEG (negative) Z Axis, based on the X,Y points you have identified. 6. Select Accept to carry out the plane-definition function. 7. Select Cancel to close the dialog box. 8. Select Reset to return all control panel settings to their last values.
