[mfg-smartcam] Okuma Code generators

Hi

Would anyone have a code generator they would be willing to share, for an Okuma MX45VAE vertical machining center fitted with a 4th axis. The Control is a OSP7000M.
My version of Smartcam is 9.1, I dont know whether that makes any difference.
