Kevin and Lee, Thanks for looking at my problem.
Lee, you say you don't see any crashes through the billet, that's strange. To me it looks wrong in both Free-Form and Advanced 3-D. I know there are crashes at the bottom of the part but I intend to stop the 4th axis from going that way as there will be a clamp there, so 100mm (4") should be sufficient clearance height. On my SHOW_CUT two or three tools appear to index almost in 5-axis motion and come through the side of the part. The code output is pretty good but I can't rely on the simulation as it is. Any more thoughts?
