John,

If you would like to use a macro instead of a code generator to create your tool lists let me know.  We use a macro to create our tool lists.  There are some advantages and disadvantages to using a macro.  The advantages are you can trap any info in the jof file and test it be for outputting it.  The one disadvantage is that it outputs all the tools in the jof regardless of whether there used.  I will send you the macro files if your interested.

Hi again everyone,

I need some more help with my dilemma. I am trying to get my computer to code with all the tool positions at the top of the program. The responses I received last week said that the program would basically have to be coded twice and someone actually sent me a setup file. The setup file does good in that it creates a setup header but without the program code. How  do I get this header into the coded program? When I try to code the program again with the regular post, it just overwrites the header that I had just created. I know this is something I'm doing wrong, I just don't know what it is.

Thanks,

John
