Alas, the error messages presented by MicroSoft are deceptive. Even though the message may say "Can't find DLL xyz" what it really means is, "Can't find DLL xyz or maybe one of the DLL's that xyz uses". Any dependency under the named dll in the error message may be missing, and not just the named dll. So, in effect, it could be *anything*.
