Subject: [mfg-smartcam] error code 2561

I recently had my hard drive go belly up, and got a new one in with SC and everything ghosted in.
I can launch and run my Pmill from the shortcut, or drag .Pm4 files to the shortcut, but when I double-click on the .Pm4 file in explorer, Pmill launches part way and then gives me an error code #2561

(C:\SM11\CMI\"C:\SM11\CMI\1099.pm4) 2561: This file was not found.

What puzzles me is that I re-associated the files to Pmill.exe, but it won't launch all the way. I suspect it is some sort of errant path defination, but I cannot find any hints in the Pmill.ini or the smartcam.ini file.

Any ideas?

Douglass Boyd

If you do not have PM4 extension listed, do following -

windows explorer --> tools --> folder option --> file type -->
New -->type PM4 -->ok
Now highlight PM4 extension --> Advanced --> type 'SmartCam file'
then click change icon --> Browse --> go to smartcam system folder and point
to ffm.exe ( or other application) --open -> ok --> You will back to Edit
file type window.
click   New --> Action -> type  open
In Application used to perform action: type C:\SM9\SYSTEM\ffm.exe %1
->ok -> close

And double click will work.
