Try this:
 
Group the stuff you want to move.
 
Edit - Translate - Move - Click From 0.
 
To X: 100*cos(25) Y: 100*sin(25) Z: 0
 
I'm assuming you're already working in millimeters.

I have not used this function in a while and now can not remember the syntax
 
Copy and move anything @ an angle.  Lets say 100 mm  25 deg in the X Y plane.
