Title: colored vees Stationery
Is this getting through? I'm not sure if our server is bouncing my post because of the attachments, so I zipped them this time.

Hi group,
Re-posting this. The main problem is getting SmartCam to output g-code in .0005" increments.
Can anyone help?

Subject: Proto Trak g-code posting problem
Importance: High

Hi all,
We own a couple of Proto Trak MX2 machines, with which we use SmartCam to program. They are strictly 2 axis machines with a minimum axis movement increment of (.0005). There's a problem which needs to be debugged which pops up every once and a while.
When pocketing "odd-shaped" pockets (see the attached files), the MX2 control spits out an error to the effect that there's a connecting radius error. I seem to remember solving this problem a couple of years ago by changing the SMF question #21 to ".0005" (minimum increment). I lost that SMF file when we switched pc's at this workstation.
Anyway, Our g-code is still being output with tenth increments even though I changed the SMF question. I think this is the cause of the connecting radius error. Any idea why our g-code is not being output in .0005" increments?
