We have a SuperMax Max 7 with a BT-50 taper spindle and the tools stick
in the spindle and its hard on the tool changer. I have cleaned it and oiled it
and nothing seems to help.

Have maintenance loosen the locking jaws inside the spindle until it stops sticking. The clamps sound like they aren't releasing the tool properly.
