Folks, Has anyone ever had all step and tool info disappear from a file, yet when you inquire the elment, it displays ALL the correct step/tool info? Even the F6 button reports the step and tool as if everything is normal, but if you open the job planner, there is NOTHING. As a result, you can't post process, again because there is no info in the planner fields. All I could tell the poor user was it must have been something HE did and that it was entirely HIS fault. I wouldn't mind giving him a better answer too though, if anybody has one.
I'm guessing that his file got corrupted somewhere along the way (it started acting up on him yesterday) and now he just can't shake that initial hiccup. -ernie
