(I sent the DXF file for Jay to look at, I'm reluctant to send a customer's file to everyone.)
Jay, thanks for looking at the file, I've slept on the problem. Your diagnosis is that the file should be exploded before exporting the DXF file from AutoCad, but how come it goes into Rhino fine but not into SmartCAM? Surely it must be something in the camcon or the 'set' file.
