[mfg-smartcam] Smart Cam and W2K

I've loaded Smart Cam V10 on a computer with W2K.  It runs fine for me (the installer) but even though I copy the icons to All Users and everyone had admin rights to the computer, it doesn't run for the others.   Any suggestions?   Frank White (513) 243-8536
