The tool change position can't be changed at all,
Zilch, Nelo, Notta. The tool drum and spindle have to be
in perfect alignment to change tools or you will get a
misalignment error. The only way to do a tool change
without hitting a large fixture is to move the fixture out
of the way in X or Y before doing a tool change in Z.
If the machine doesn't have a safe location to move
then your fixturing will have to be changed.
