[mfg-smartcam] Hardware lock vs USB

Uh-Oh!  Just got a portable computer that has no parallel port.  I have a hardware lock instead of the software code to license SmartCam.  The machine has a port replicator that connects to the computer using a USB port, and it has a parallel port, but SmartCam doesn't recognize the hardware lock.  Am I just SOL?  Anyone else solved this problem already? -Terry
