Hello Everyone Thanks to everyone who offered to process the code, I have learned an STL file will not go into SC. It must me imported as an IGES, I tried using Rhino but SC does not like polygons. The file is too large over 6 million triangles. I finally re scanned the model and was able to directly import it into SC with a bunch of unconnected lines which I fixed. The computer took 2 1/2 hours to process code using 2 gigs of ram and a 2 GHz Xeon processor. This was very painful. Frank
