Rick, To me the error indicates that you may be using a milling code generator that was used for 2D wire EDM in the milling products. This may be a problem when attempting to use them in AWEDM.
Use a text editor to examine the first 2 lines in your SMF file. The following is from a milling code gen. @MFV#5.0 MILL5 I don't have AWEDM code gen's to compare it to, nor do I have AWEDM currently running to test my theory. If true you will have to create a new code gen.
