Does anybody else have this problem? If you have the cure, would you share it? The default location on my XP Pro is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. If found, make sure it is in the default path, otherwise you could copy it into a system folder or include the entire path in the batch file. i.e. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\taskkill.exe /im ctfmon* cd c:\sm11\system c:\sm11\system\ffm.exe ================================================== Fred Lauzus, CAM Programming Coordinator High Steel Structures, Incorporated mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.highsteel.com ================================================== -----Original Message----- From: Michael [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, December 12, 2003 9:54 AM To: 'smartcam user group' Subject: Re: [mfg-smartcam] More on CTFMON.EXE and Windows XP Angelucci wrote: > taskkill /im ctfmon* > cd C:\SM9\SYSTEM > C:\SM9\SYSTEM\amill.exe > > It works fine here and I am running with Win XP Professional I don't get it, here is my batch file. taskkill /im ctfmon* cd c:\sm11\system c:\sm11\system\ffm.exe Every time I run it I get a MS-DOS window that opens and says that taskill is not an Internal or External command, operable program or batch file. Where are you placing the batch file? I put mine in the C:\Windows directory. Michael > > Anderson Fraga Angelucci > Depto.
