I use Ideas Artisan. I have a smartcam export option that generates a .ats file which imports perfect almost every time. If your customer uses Artisan and you must go with the .iges, try this command to generate the iges /xto co bo fc ex it uses the older version translator.

I have a customer using SDRC Ideas (I don't know what version) and wants to
send me a 3D file. What would be the best format to request? My first
thought is .iges , but being originally from a similar product family I was
