[mftp] Close if batch empty?

Hiya,

   Don't know if this has been mentioned before.

   This option works!  However it is not saved.  If you turn it on and save
the prefs it's fine until you next load mFTP-II when it is off again.

   Has the MUIA_ExportID tag not been set for this gadget?
