Vellore *Mentally ill woman restored to family* VELLORE: Twenty-three-year-old Mehala (name changed), a mentally ill woman, who was found along with her child in CMC Colony, Sathuvachari, near here on Tuesday, was restored to her family in Arni on Friday with the assistance of Udhavum Ullangal, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) of Vellore. Udhavum Ullangal also arranged for the treatment of the woman in the Mental Health Centre of the Christian Medical College in Bagayam. The brother, husband and uncle of the woman came to Udhavum Ullangal on Friday and identified the woman.
