Hi all,The following link says it all about how Mentallyill are given disability certificates. In single day there are 155 certificates.this shows how Mr.Krishnan's effort to feed mentallyill (CNN hero)is getting audience in the portals of power in tamilnadu, otherwise it would not have happened in Madurai. Hope other states also follow this lead especially westbengal where I was told it is nightmare for mentallyill to get disability certificates.
