Mental health budget of Government of India. at 103 crores. But if you look
at the budget allocation fro Common wealth games of rupees 78,000 crores, then
one can see the priorities the ruling elite sitting at Delhi have.I am NOT
talking about corruption in CWG at all. But at the allocation of funds for CWG.
compared to Health of India. How many AIIMS AND NIMHANS could have been
constructed with this money?
