Dear Vidya sagar, Is this seminar on 8th is for propagating the new " Draft Disability law" and " Disability code"? Or iis it for educating the enumerators about the Disabled community who have been left behind before in the group called " Mentally Handicapped"? Every one can easily identify a blind person or orthopedic ally handicapped person. But it is the Hearing handicapped and disabled due to Psycho social disabled who escape attention due to NOT visble disability to a common man's view point compounded by the disabled to hide their disability due to STIGMA. I think if the enumerators use "local language' which are normally used by society, then people may come out. When outstation delegates are invited SUFFICIENT " TIME should be given for reservation in trains as every one will not be able to come by air due to steep cost.
