As no information was available and no one volunteered to find out to whom civil society inputs needed to be sent / deadline for the same, I called Delhi this morning.
Ms. Nidhi Khare said "Mr. Rao is dealing with the new law." Dr. Rao said "We are not seeking inputs from civil society currently. We have already had consultations. We are planning to table it at the winter session. Right now bill is being sent to State Governments for feedback, then it will go to the Central Government for feedback.
