Woman and son found dead at home

CHENNAI : A 68-year-old woman and her son were found dead under mysterious 
circumstances at their house on Kamarajar Salai here on Saturday night.
According to police, the two, identified as A. Mahalakshmi and A. Sudhakar 
(41), died after overdosing on some medicine. It is said that both of them were 
mentally ill.
The incident came to light after the neighbours complained to police that foul 
smell had been emanating from the house for the past two days.
When the police broke open the door, the two were found dead. The bodies were 
sent to Government Rajaji Hospital for post-mortem.
