decided to send our news on the proposed action plan and formalising a
national forum as a lobby to explore and get a committed action plan to the
question raised by you. this communication will reach only those who have
filled up our membership form. this will be a national lobby with regional
groups. form is attached in case you and other care giver on this list are
willing to join.
