The Supreme Court of India has required the DEPwD-MSJE to formulate minimum-mandatory accessibility rules after duly consulting stakeholders and involving CDS-NALSAR . In furtherance of that mandate a general invitation is being issued to all stakeholders to seek an expression of their interest to voluntarily participate in the exercise.
