E.g. Subject: Danke =?iso-8859-1?Q?sch=F6n?= The generated file is: <title>Danke schoen</title> though expected result is <title>Danke schoen</title> (oe is o-Umlaut, of course) Note that this may not affect rendering of web browsers, but affects result of Namazu. This problem occurs on v2.5.13, too.
