Details:

I mean by right-to-left paragraphs, paragraphs that begin with an RTL
character, or several bidi neutral characters followed by an RTL character.
See http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr9/#Bidirectional_Character_Types .

Mhonarc doesn't align these paragraphs to the right (example:
http://lists.arabeyes.org/archives/doc/2007/February/msg00070.html). The
paragraphs are unreadable when they contain LTR characters.
The desired behavior is that the parser detects such paragraphs, and surround
them with <div dir=rtl> and </div>. The paragraphs should be aligned against
the right margin.
