Many folks know that my VGA out didn't work correctly at the last
meeting, blowing the demo I was hoping to give. Fortunately I figured
out how to correct that today, and thought I'd share.

It turns out that xrandr could only see 640x480 and 800x600 as available
video modes to switch the VGA port to. The following commands:

xrandr --addmode VGA-0 1024x768
xrandr --output VGA-0 --mode 1024x768

Gave me a 1024x768 mode, and set my VGA out to that mode, and tested
great on the projector here at work.

So, next month, we'll actually have some lightening talks. :)

There is no silver bullet. Plus, werewolves make better neighbors
than zombies, and they tend to keep the vampire population down.
