I'd be happy to chip in my two cents. Some of the particular things I would feel comfortable talking about on this topic include general tips/anecdotes of releasing software, Google Code, Git Hub, and an overview of Licensing options (with standard "I'm not a lawyer" disclaimer). I'd also be more than happy to sit this one out and leave room for others talk who haven't had an opportunity to speak in front of the group so recently. : )
