I'm looking for a open source contact management system to keep a
list of business connections which will let me make links between
people. I'm not sure if this feature is called relationship management.
I have seen some people management web apps out there but they are
mostly for costumer management (CRM).
I really appreciate if anyone can share some knowledge about this.
Thank you

I setup my wife with vtiger http://www.vtiger.com/ which I believe is a
derivative of sugar crm. It's totally free (both $$ and license) they
charge for training.
She uses it and after "getting used to it" seems to like it. It is a CPU
hog, so it's slow on a modest server. but they probably all are.
I don't think it has "relationships" between the contacts, but perhaps
you could use groups to provide the needed functionality.
