BTW this model MB is known for capacitor > problems but they all look normal to me.
There are (or were) PCI diagnostic cards which would display hex values for different stages of boot, the only way to figure out what's going on when the motherboard doesn't give real beep codes is to invest in one of them, I think they were about $50; somewhere like thinkgeek might have one, though I haven't seen them around in years.
