I've been considering https://mashedlife.com/ for my password management.
You can order a yubikey from them that is paired to your account, giving you
some solid multifactor authentication, and because you can then click to
have them log you into the sites that interest you, you aren't vulnerable to
keyloggers when on unsecure systems (they even have an on-screen clickable
keyboard to use to log in to avoid keyloggers).
I'd still feel more secure if the app was only running locally, and
besides, sometimes I don't have internet connectivity, so depending on
an internet connection wouldn't work (otherwise I'd just put the address
book, calendar, etc ALL on the web).
For daily use, I use the much hyped "Hipster PDA",
http://www.43folders.com/2004/09/03/introducing-the-hipster-pda Basically
just a bunch of index cards held together with a binder clip.
I've looked at the HipsterPDA, and while it has the definite advantage
of size, I'd prefer something with a ring binding to avoid lost pages
(because I *know* I'm the sort of person who would scatter the cards at
least once a week). I just have to order a new paper punch for the
DayTimer since I lost my old one probably after the fire.
