I have that case in my main fileserver. The air filters are just about
useless (since there are plenty of ways for the air to get around them)
and the fans have a limited lifetime (but they're standard sizes) and
make about the amount of noise you'd expect of a 4u rackmount. Unless
your mobo modulates the speed, they're loud (and the big one on front is
loud regardless of what your mobo may do).
The PCI card holder-downers are not up to the job, but thats not usually
a problem. And finally, I've never seen 4-post rails for it (and for a
machine as heavy as this, attaching it 2-post with nothing in the back
is ill-advised).
Overall, its the nicest homebuilt-machine rackmount case I have.
