If you don't get an answer here, you might try the Anandtech "Memory and
Storage" forum (http://forums.anandtech.com/forumdisplay.php?f=47). Over
the past several months, SSDs has been the most frequently discussed
topic on that forum. (There have been some threads on SSDs in RAID).
