Folks,
If you remember the December conversation about cell phone tracking -
gps, phone on/off, etc.. - this story just came to my attention:

The following quote is repeated more than once throughout the site:
*> Sprint is one of the only carriers that can not track a cell phone
once it is off. *
Does anyone have any insight into this? My uderstanding is that none of
the major US carriers can do this routinely.
