The new MHVLUG officers all met together in December to kick off this
new approach to leadership at the LUG, and out of that came a commitment
to meet quarterly to check in on things and do some longer range planning.
We've just schedule the leadership meeting for March -

time and a sample agenda are up there to get the ball rolling.
Anyone is welcome to come, with some conditions/expectations, because I
want to make sure people are clear that this isn't the post meeting
dinner, or mhv lunch:
#1 you have to email me in advance and tell me you are coming. In
ADVANCE. In EMAIL.
#2 if you come, you will leave with additional work to do. This is not
a social gathering, it is a working meeting (that does happen to have
beer). We'll spill into social once the business is done, but come to work.
#3 if you propose something new that we should be doing, you will
probably own organizing it. This is not a forum to drop ideas on others
and assume they are going to do the work.
If that didn't scare you away, cool, we're looking for more folks like
you! So let us know in ADVANCE in EMAIL that you will be attending. And
if you have other items you'd like to see addressed on the agenda, email
and let us know either here, or privately to me.
