For bridged networking, it's easier than it used to be.  (No more
iptables rules to add.)

You connect to the qemu-kvm process with spicec.  The default port is
5900.  I was unsuccessful when I tried to get a TLS connection working
last summer.  The upstream spice-space.org site is a resource.
