Tim, thanks for your questions. The non-profit is working from a clean
slate. Someone lost the original layout files used to produce the previous
publications. They'll have to use the last printed copies as a spec and
work from there.

This is good, because we have a ripe opportunity to improve the technology
and the workflow. This is also bad, because they have lot to do before the
deadline.
