Which plan had you gone with on fastmail.fm? Closing my BestWeb.net account has been put off for a little longer, partially since I didn't have a non-ISP-dependent solution that didn't involve GMail or AOL (I have those accounts, and use them where appropriate, but really would prefer something not potentially dependent on "data mining" to fund itself). BestWeb does sell an email-only service, but the technical quality of their services has seriously degraded in the 15 or so years I've used them.

I'd need 3 accounts currently (mine, my wife & my brother; my 6-year old can wait until she actually *needs* email for school before getting an address), right now IMAP is needed since my brother and I both work with email on multiple machines.
