That's a fitting match, there is a small movement that goes back to the
mid-nineties to adopt the penguin as the mascot/logo for the Libertarian party
(http://www.thecreativefactory.com/Libertypenguin/aboutLP.html).  And I'm
guessing that Libertarians are more highly represented among Linux users than
in the general population (and vice-versa).
