Hi,
I like to synchronize my home folder and install any missing packages
between systems. I also like to synchronize the stuff in /etc that is
not unique to each system.
I found some links that are helpful but don't provide with the solution
for everything.

I prefer not to use an online service but Ubuntu software center seems
