A friend asked me to see if I could fix her laptop. She had lost the
charger. I had two chargers that had the identical specs that the
manufacturer called for and plugging them in didn't even get a light on.
Is there a fuse or something in the motherboard of a netbook? I am
guessing that they tried chargers that they had and one might have blown
a fuse, if there is one.
Or is there something more to it than just the numbers in the
documentation and on the charger?
It's deader than a door nail. I am pretty sure that my chargers are
good or anyway at least one of them is.
