It's purely a matter of how they have it configured.  The usual
conventions for "anonymous" login are to use "anonymous" or "ftp" as the
username, possibly with your email address as the password (some servers
validate the domain portion).  "guest" might also be worth a try, but in
general, if the obvious candidates don't work you need to ask the site
admin.
