Where do one find some source code for doing ICMP pings? I'm working on a
TCP client and would like to gather some ping reponse times for a list of
servers within the program. I have no experience with ICMP whatsoever,
only TCP. I don't know how complicated it is, but if it's not very
complicated, some good advises could be sufficient. Source code is very
welcome, though. ;-)
