Yes, I have, but not with Parnet. You'll need a null modem cable, and
probably a Windows NT server if you want to use the PC as your Internet
gateway, since Windows 98 Internet sharing requires a LAN connection (as
far as I know). Using Windows NT, you'll need to set up the Remote Access
Service using a null-modem cable and an internet connection using your
modem.
Alternatively, if you want to use the Amiga as your Internet connection
machine, you can avoid the limitation of Windows 98, but you will need
Miami DX.
