that's a Dave Haynie thing, I think if DiskSalv ends and it can't 'renew' the bitmap
(or something like that) it calls your disk partition that weird name, can't remember
what it refers to. Did you try rebooting afterward so the Amiga can renew the bitmap?

Hi!
While reading a mail suddenly my miggy crashed. After a reboot the
net-partition was unvalidated. After preparing it with DiskSalv,
the address-book of Yam was gone and the partition was renamed to
wanagi-wachipi! After another reboot the fourth partition also had
this name and the whole Yam-drawer was gone...
wanagi-wachipi? What is fooling me?
