There is no MiamiDx 3.2. If that's the correct version it must be Miami.

By now you might have read why Holger is way behind in mail.
Without registering, you can set up Miami(Dx), which will work fine
within the demo restrictions. I never bought Miami on disk, so I don't
know how the registration process works in that case, but it's best if
possible to get online and use MiamiRegister, since that can usually use
an automated process that doesn't depend on Holger. Be sure you go online
shortly before doing this, though, so you don't get hit by the demo
timeout in the middle of registration.
