AFAIK Voyager has never provided US-legal SSL. It's own SSL package is
"international-only".
The distinction will get smaller in 9 days, when the RSA patent expires.
At that point the "international" implementation of RSA, which is faster
and not limited to 1024-bit keys, will become legal in the US and Canada.
That leaves only RC4/ARCFOUR as a US/Canada issue.
How soon miamisslusa will get updated is another question. :-) But if you
already believed it was legal to enable ARCFOUR in the US version, then
you could just get the international version.
